I hope someon can help me with a problem I can't seem to fix. I hava a Toshiba TW56H80 TV. I have tried to get the volume up down keys on the remote to work. The Vol down is fine. I can't get the Vol up key to repeat. Press and hold and only one step. I have tried learning the IR from the original remote, a TiVo remot that works fine, and have used the learned IR from many files here.

I'm not sure why one is much shorter than the other. The short Vol- works fine.

Any ideas???
