Well, I have a TSU3000. Greyscale version. Just uploaded the config software, ProntoEdit NG version 2.1.1.0.
I was trying to evaluate the Pronto before I actually open it up and start using it.
I have used the Files database on this site to find the a file for my Denon Receiver and savedit to my computer.
When I try and open it, I get the error: "This file type cannot be opened by this editor."
How exactly DO I import device files??? I'm sure I'm just missing something pretty basic here..

1) the first thing to know about this site is that component files don't tend to be files that only contain that device but that the files are organized by the components in them so many files will have a lot more then just that device
2) where did you download the file from (there is the Pronto and ProntoNG file section)
3) files should say what remote they were for ( P3 means for the Pronto 3000)
4) files on this site are zipped, once on your PC you need to unzip it first
