I just stepped up to a TSU3000 from an old TSU1000. I've had no problem getting my configuration files imported, edited, updated, and uploaded into my new TSU3000, but I have one nagging problem. I am totally unable to access the right hard button under the screen. There is no access to this button either directly in the remote, or in the ProntoEdit NG program. I can't program it in any way, so right now it's just a dead button. What goes on here????? I can't find anything about this in any of the documentation I have access to.

Make sure you have the latest firmware and software. All hard buttons are programmable with the exception of the buttons on the left side of the remote (backlight, up, down)

You can't learn to this button directly on the remote. However, it is no different to any other button in ProntoEdit NG.

Learn the code you want to a button located on a screen. Open up PPENG and either set the Firm4 Button to link to this button or copy the actions from the button into the Firm4 Buttion's Action List.
