I have a TSU-3000 and I am trying to upload from the remote to the computer and it keeps telling me that there is a problem with pronto Edit and that the program has to close. I have even downloaded the software from Remote Central. I have also tried the disc that came with the remote. If anyone can help please respond .

Make sure you have the latest (and matching!) firmware and version of PENG. These newer versions seem to require matching. Look up top, on the left bar here under What's New and you will see the two matching items.
