I have attemted to transfer my 5200 ccf to a 5400 remote. I uploaded ccf from 5200 remote using touch screen, converted file with wizz and downloaded to 5400 without a hitch. The transferred pages appear correct and the 5400 emulator, and 5400 remote works properly however none of the ir commands work. Am I missing something?? Do I have to manually learn every ir command for each button?

If the codes are in the CCF and in the PCF, then there's something else wrong.

I suspect that your devices may set to use RF versus IR. This is something you should check and verify. See the manual or the Help file about switching between IR and RF.

If you are still having problems and the above does not solve the problem, I have only one additional answer. Call Marantz or your dealer as your remote could be broken.
