I have a TSU7000 remote that locks up after the screen times out. The only way to get it to work again is to remove the battery, and it will lock up again after the screen times out again. If I plug the remote into my computer it says "USB device not recognized". If I leave the remote connected to my computer, then remove the battery and reconnect, the remote will not lock up when the screen times out. It will continue to work, until I disconnect from my computer, then it will lock up again.

I did try to load a different program that I know works on another remote, and I had the same problem.

Has anyone run into this problem? Just wanted to check before we shipped back to Phillips. Thanks for any help.

Do you have the latest firmware? This fixed some locking up issues.

Even if you have, download a fresh copy of the firmware into your 7000.
