Unfortunately not. This is driving me mad. The only device that I can't get to work with the Philips Pronto is my Philips LX9000 DVD player ! You would think that with them both being made by the same company there would be the chance of getting them to work together. If you do get this please let me know.
I sent a question to Philips that the said would be answered in 2 working days but that was 2 weeks ago and no answer yet !!
The handset for the 9000LX is a nightmare with all the long keypresses and was one of the main reasons for getting a universal remote in the first place.

Hi KeRa,
Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I have a LX9000R Home Theatre/Player too, and have ran into the same problem.
Previously I had a 1st generation Pronto, and that worked.
Let me know. I'm very keen to get it solved because I spent good money on my ProntoPro NG.
Kind regards,
Bastian

Anyone know how this works with the 3000? I'm aware of the IR duration setting with the newest software upgrade, perhaps if it works with that it will work whenever Philips updates for the 7000.

Does anyone know when an update will be made available for the TSU7000, which will allow us to set the IR duration. This has just been made available in the most recent TSU3000 update.

I think I may be a bit closer to a solution. The trick (which I picked up on these boards), is that when you learn the buttons you use to switch source (DVD, TV, SAT etc.), to press the button on the original remote, but don't point it at the pronto NG until one second after you've started pressing it.
I can confirm that it works right now to switch sources. I still have to test if I can turn it into a macro, which I'll try and do tomorrow.
Let me know if you want me to post the IR codes.
