I copied some Scienific Atlanta 800HD pages from a downloaded file and pasted it into my file. The hidden pages copied fine but the other pages that link to the hidden file have all of the links removed. I can relink them but there must be and easier way.
What am I doing wrong that prevents the links from copying?

To my knowledge there is nothing that you are doing wrong. Actions will not be retained if you are copying these items over from one .pcf file to another. Learned IR codes will be retained however.

Strip the Sci-Atl config file down to the minimum set of things you need with links still preserved and then "Merge", not "Copy" the config into your main config.
This way, you will get the GUI buttons with the Links preserved. If you should have questions, see either the Pronto FAQ or the ProntoNG FAQ for details on merging 2 config files. If there's not enough info there, search the Pronto Forum for "merge". I think you'll find more than enough info.

If I understand the problem properly, I recall the problem happens when the links are not there to link to. Such as if you copy a page with links to IR codes and the IR codes are not already in the configuration, the links get lost. You may find you can eliminate the problem by copying the IR codes over first, leaving the file structure identical ( same names, same nesting, etc.) to the older one and then copy the page.
