Hi,
I just bought my TSU3000 and was in the process of setting it up. I went and upgraded the firmware and was trying to import a cf file, which started and then bombed never finishing fully uploading. Now I receive an error message stating that the CF file is incorrect or the memory is corrupt. I tried upgrading the firmware again and installing a default cf file but to no avail it starts uploading and then stops with an error. Now I am unable to do anything with the remote it just keeps displaying the error message mentioned above. Someone please help. Thanks

Hi there,
Have you tried to reset the remote ..........???
There`s a reset button under the battery case , so open the remote where the batteries are and if I`m not mistaken the reset button should be there somewhere (at least it is on my 7000) ..... good luck

If you are using a laptop on battery power, plug it in. Other than that, reflash the firmware (again) and try the default file.

If just resetting doesn't help, reboot your computer and reset your Pronto.

Make sure you have your usb cable plugged directly into your computer, not into a hub or other peripheral such as keyboard, monitor, etc.

I 've tried everything posted but to no avail. I had a new pcf file downloading and it received a download error in the middle of downloading. I stored half the file and my display was wacky. I tried installing the default config but still dies in the middle of download. Any other suggestions? Can it be the usb cable?

This has happened to me several times. I was able to fix it by reloading the firmware, after strenuous cursing, pushing the reset button, disconnecting the battery pack, etc. I don't think it has anything to do with the usb connection.

It does seem it could be a USB problem. I agree that you should try a different computer.
