Hi Lowpro,
I have 857 bitmaps (about 1/10th in .bmp and the rest are .pngs.) One can view them in the zip. What is the best way in your opinion to edit all of these. Can you automate the conversion in PS and then rezip, or do you need to actually reload each one independently in your opinion.
Thanks,
Ti -
And oh, by the way, Phillips finally got back to me regarding this problem. I attach my email and theirs below for your viewing enjoyment:
Dear Mr. ----------------,
The problem may be related to the fact that the PCF file in use is corrupted. In that case, ProntoPro NG can crash, although the device is in working condition. Therefore, please do following, in order make the device stable again. Take out the batteries for at least 24 hours, then put them back in and keep the reset button pressed for at least 5 second. Pronto should reboot again and than you should be able to download your PCF file again in the device, that should accept any changes made to your PCF.
It is more likely that the problem is software than hardware related, therefore please do this first, before applying for a RMA.
We hope we answered your question satisfactorily.
With kindest regards,
Drs. Vincent I. Pfeil

MY ORIGINAL EMAIL:
The TSU7000 will no longer accept new buttons. The addition of a button causes a download failure. Whereas the addition of identical pages is accepted. I would like a replacement device as the pcf is only 2.2 MB. When unziped the xml is 2.5 MB and the bitmap file is 6.5 MB. I received the device for my birthday in March of this year. Please let me know what to do with the unit.
