Okay - so this is about the craziest thing I have ever posted here on remotecentral :)
I get no "beep" sound when I press the farthest right button (the odd shaped one) on my TSU3000
The 3 other buttons beep - but nothing on this one...
Anybody else have this feature/problem on your remote?

Probably because this button is not active. Right now you cannot program it. Chances are when the next update comes out where they make it so you can use that button, then it will have sound. Just guessing though.

Can nayone out there who owns a TSU3000 confirm with me that this button (far right, the odd shaped one) does not "beep" when pressed?
I need to know If I got a bad one so that I can return it to amazon in time.

I can not hear the beeps that the buttons make with my hearing so I had my wife check them. She said the first three made a beeping sound and no sound came from the fourth.

If you check some other threads, there is no way to customize the 1st and 4th buttons. It's quite upsetting. Someone posted that an update to the firmware might be available the second week of march.

Yep - I knew it couldn't be programmed (yet) but i didn't understand why the far left button beeps (#1) and whay the far right button did not beep (#4)

The reason is the far left button beeps is because it is the Tools Menu. The far Right has no function whatsoever right now, hence no beep. The Firmware update should be available this month.
