Is there anyway to convert a file for the tsu 6000 to work on the pronto neo?

No, but you can install both editors and likely copy IR code data from one editor to another.

t would probably be easier to just learn the codes into the neo..

Yes, it might be but. Most code files in the classic files section have clean IR codes. See FAQ for info on clean codes.
