How do I make a 'please wait' message on Marantz RC5200?

e.g. when I select an activity (e.g. from home screen) and the remote sends a sequence of commands to switch things on and off, selects inputs etc, while it happens I want the screen to show something like 'please wait...' until the sending has finished and then go to the relevant screen.

How can I do this?

would appreciate your help.

In your button's action list "Jump" to a page with that message on it after (or just before) the first IR code and then jump to the desired location after the last IR code is sent.

thanks! that is what I reckoned. but -

will all the rest of the commands in the chain still get executed in the background?

and what if there is a button on the panel that I jumped to? will the button execute if pressed while the codes are still being sent in the background?
