My parents have a sru4105wm/17 for their old samsung tv. It works fine except it will only go through cable channel 13. I gather it to be the factory settings. The remote that goes with it, is no longer in commission and there is nothing visible on the console that could be manipulated to correct the problem. I've tried a variety of commands to no avail. The only thing I suspect could help is the tuner command above the 3; however, I am unsure how to use those commands in the red. Any insight or help please?

Have a look at the LE (European) files here. They may contain a code that will work.

Ihave one it works great.sounds like your Tv channels need to scan though the channels. make sure the TV is set for cable also.if you can bring up the menu on your TV. I have my remote run though my DVD-VCR combo.my tv was made in 1992 it works eather way tho.as far as the remote doing this I have not found a scan channel on this but the remote should bring up the TV menu.mine will.try this.if it don,t work you can run channles though the VCR or DVD.you just have to keep VCR_DVD on when you watch TV is all good luck
