Hello, Ive been out on the forum and search, but I cant find any useful information, or maby Im stupid : )

Ive got a TSU6000 and it havent been used for some year. I just got it from a friend who has passed away.

When Im starting the remote it says: No configuration file found, and then a buttom so I can revert the remote...

The remote starts to revert, and "please wait" will come for some secound.
After about 20 sec the remote will restart but the same meny is sitll comming.
Nothing more happens.

What can I do about the problem?
Is't onley to download the new firmware or do something else?
I don't want to do anythig who can worse the problems.

I would be verry gladful to all help.
The remote comes from USA and now I have it here in Sweden.
Thanks

Downloading the firmware will fix this. Or just download any configuration file from ProntoProEdit.
