I have available to me a TSU6000 for $200 or a TSU3000 with dock for 200 both are in great shape.I have a TSU2000 right now,which one would be a better up grade.

Hmmm. I'd say the TSU3000 for the hard buttons and more customization, or the TSU6000 for the color screen.
Which is more important to you?
