Hi everyone. I have been looking in vain for codes for my Pronto TS1000. Yeah, call me old fashioned or cheap, but I am still using this antique.

In moving, we had to go back to cable. Time-Warner in Columbus brought us an HD Pio box, specifically the BD-V3500HD. The remote that controls it is an SA 2300, which also controls 2 other non-HD boxes elsewhere in the house.

Anyone got any codes that will control this cable box? Or if not, does anyone know if the SA 8000 HD DVR box also use this remote, cuz I have found some codes for that, though I have not tested them yet.

Any and all help appreciated.

Why not just learn the codes?

Hi Peter. I've tried that, but the Pronto just beeped at me. I assume they are at too high a frequency for the Pronto to learn? I admit I am a little rusty here, haven't had to deal with this for years!

I took the ccf home that controls the SA 8000HD box that a Warner CSR told me used the same remote, with some success. I.e., some codes worked, and some did not.

I don't see many files in the files section here that control cable boxes. Why is that?

Does anyone out there have a ccf or the ir codes for the remote that controls the digital cable boxes for Warner? Anyone?

Thanks!

When trying to learn, were you pointing at the correct end of your Pronot?
