Can someone help me I have just purchased an RC5000 and I am adding a new device and panels for my TV. I have added the panel but When I download to the RC and view the panel I can only see certain buttons. Then when I go into learn I see the buttons that are missing. I tried to go learn the buttons but I still cannot see then when I go back to the use section. I checked to see if they are hidden but they are not and I have it configured the same way as the ccf that I downloaded. I would appreciate any help that you can give me on this.

Buttons dont appear until after they have something learned in them. Your learn is probobly not taking. You do realize you have to point the doner remote at the "Butt" of the remote to learn the commands?
