Hi just got a pronto pro 7000 second hand of ebay..Problem 1... the charger/docking station is not working so no charging so where can i get a new one or does the tsu 3000 docking station fit the tsu 7000 cause i've seen them for sale.. Problem 2...The only way i can turn the tsu-7000 on is buy unpluging the battery and pluging it back in..So can any body help please....

Questions for the 7000 and 3000 should be asked in the Pronto NG forum.

Sounds like you need to update the firmware.

yes

The only way i can turn the tsu-7000 on is buy unpluging the battery and pluging it back in..So can any body help please....

never heard of that, but could be what is affecting the charger
...
