How can I check which firmware version I have for my TSU7000?
Every once in a while, the unit becomes unresponsive, regardless of which buttons I push, nothing happens. The Philips agent suggested I upgrade the firmware, but that would be pointless if I have the latest. There must be a combination of buttons on the device which displays firmware version.
Any thoughts?

TSU7000 - go to the Pronto NG forum.
Hold the remote icon at the top of the screen for 3 seconds. Hit "Settings". Scroll down twice.

And you can always "upgrade" the firmware even though you have the latest in the remote already. It's called "reflash the firmware"
