Ok all i just installed my new keyspan usb to db-9 adapter for my new laptop which does not have a db-9 connection so that i may download to the 2000. It does not work for some reason, i first installed the disk it comes with then connected to my usb port then to the pronto..the little green light still keeps blinking as if it is not recognizing the pronto conneciton? i have no idea what else to do, this is the 3rd usb to db-9 adapter i have tried it's just a brand new toshiba laptop should be no problem...any help would be much appreciated!
