Can anyone suggest which of these Pronto's I should pick up? There's only a $70 price difference.
I currently have the Marantz 5000i and am picking up a remote for a friend. Just looking for any quirks or features that you may find useful or hate. I can see the difference in basic specs, and there's not much difference that actually matters to me.

Give your friend the 5000i and get the 3000 for yourself. 500 is a significant step down. 3000 will give you much better greyscale, RF option, Better backlight, more memory, and is a significantly better remote overall
