I'm looking for a DSS receiver as described above. Best case scenario would be if someone here has one already programmed that they can give me the discrete codes for.

Obviously this will need to be a new unit.

Why would you want discrete on/off codes? The difference in energy usage whether it is on or off is barely noticeable. From an installer/programmer standpoint, we always recommend leaving them on at all times, and haven't had any issues doing so. The Sony HD300 has DVI out.

The Sumsung ts-160 and the Hughes HTL-HD also have DVI output. Choosing which one you want o use will also depend on how many outputs at the same time you want.I know it sounds weird but some people run more than one tv off of their hd receivrs. So if that is an issue check into the Hughes or Samsung if not then just about any othem out there will work just fine.

The Sony HD300 permits simultaneuos multple resolution outputs as well.
