I have a Pronto TSU2000 that I want to 'Revert' to the factory Default configuration. According to the manual, I should touch & hold the Remote Control Icon until the 1st Setup panel appears, then scroll to the 2nd Setup Panel and tap the 'Revert' button twice.
However, when I reach the 2nd Setup Panel, the 'Revert' button is grayed out. Any suggestions?

saclarkdoc,
I just ran into the very same exact problem just yesterday as well.

Here's what I did...

1) I opened ProntoEdit on my PC,
2) plugged the connected cable into my Pronto 2000, 3) Then in ProntoEdit (version 4.0.5 is the current/final version), I went to "Tools" at the top of the window,
4) went down to "Update Firmware", clicked on "TSU 2000; Sys v4.8;App v5.3".
5) It then asked me if I wanted to replace the current layout that is already on the actual remote and I clicked "YES".

As a result, it restored the factory settings on the remote (and with the final updated firmware).

It takes all of a few seconds and you are as good as new. Hope this helps.

You can do it on the remote as the FAQ says, you just need to make a change (e.g. add or delete a button) on the remote itself and then you can revert.
