I am having getting a problem trying to get the Sky key to work. It learns, but will do nothing when used.

All other keys worked, but not this one!! I am using an iPAQ 5450 with the PDAwin TV remote software. This is basically an RU970 emulator for the iPAQ.

I have put the learned codes ccf file at:

[Link: hades.itl.net]

The original remote button works, not the learned one? anyone any ideas

Neil

Have looked at the link, as posted, the problem was the space. Should work now.

Will start cleaning up the codes manually

A working code that has been learned is:

0000 0073 0031 0001 005f 0020 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0021 000f 0021 001f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 001f 0011 000f 0021 000f 0011 000f 1133 005f 0020 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0021 000f 0021 001f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 001f 0011 000f 0021 000f 0011 000f 0dfb

I can't try code till I get back home tonight.

I have uploaded another ccf with 4 ir codes, your code, and a cleaned up version of your code, along with a working version of mine, plus cleaned up version of the same code.
A link to the directory is

Do any of the cleaned up codes work for your remote?

No, your code did not work either.

After a day at the office working on it, and five hours when I got home last night, finally got the faulty codes working.

The faulty codes I had were the odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) and the Sky key....why....? who knows.

These keys either worked sometimes, gave double taps or did nothing at all. After 4 hrs of staring at hex codes, in Pronto and decode CCF, finally found the answer when looking at them in Notepad. Lead out burst pairs in the faulty codes were all slightly longer than working codes.

above is an example of a working code, and below the code in its not working format

0000 0073 0031 0001 005f 0020 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0020 000f 0020 0020 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 0020 1143 005f 0020 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0020 000f 0020 0020 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 000f 0011 0020 0dfb

Both codes are Sky channel 1 the second as learned from the remote, the first as I edited it to work.

I am using a iPAQ with TV remote controller ( Pronto emulator). It seems very temperemental and fussy about codes, and the way it learns them.

Could someone please try the above codes on a Pronto, and see what happens
