Hi,
since refurbished pronto pros are so cheap in the usa i am considering bringing over one from my next trip to the states.

But what about docking station's power supply? Can someone give me good hint?

Thanks
Jonas

Not a problem, just use a 120 to 230 volt adapter and everything will be fine.

The Prontos use an external and common power supply. the best thing is just to buy a new power supply then to get a 220-110 transformer

Anthony and Jim, you don't use a 220-110 transformer.

You simply replace the 110V power adapter with a 240V one. This should cost about the equivalent of US$10-20.

Klipan, the power adapter is similar to a mobile phone charger and plugs directly into the wall power point.

Klipan,

Peter's right obviously. That's what I meant - replace the power supply, not use an adapter, but I said it very badly.

OK Anthony!

On re-reading your post I didn't notice your typo ("then" instead of "than"), which changed the meaning!!!

Thanks, (happy because I'm getting Pronto Pro)

The only question is what to do with my Pronto and Pronto NG :-)
