Use a Kodak camera cable, or build your own, see here: [Link: remotecentral.com]. Jim L

I found a data cable, but I am not sure it is right one. It plugs into my pronto, but the other end is a 9 pin male serial. The computer that I usually plug it into has a 9-pin male, so they wont connect. I swear that I have hooked it to this computer before, so that is where my doubt lies. Can anyone look at their serial cable and see if it is male of female? Thanks.

Look at the diagram in my link above your post. 9-pin female. Jim L
