I have a new Pronto Pro that has Pronto Edit 4 firmware and a custom Pronto Edit program: I need to revert to orig configuration

the Revert button on the remote does not function ( it is greyed out )

I have found default files in Samples Directory but cannot download them!

Please help me!!!

Open up the default file you found in the samples directory by double clicking on it, it will now load into pronto edit. Hook up your pronto to the computer and just before selecting "download into rc device" from the file menu, wake up your pronto by taping on the screen (make sure it is on the home page), it should download no problem now.

Best way to down/upload that I tell people to do. Is to press and hold the backlight button until the down/upload starts.

It does NOT matter what device, panel the remote is on.

Also, ProntoEdit 4.05 has the latest firmware for the pro. PE's before does not. Well, at least before 4.03
