I am having problems getting the ProntoPro to work with B&O equipment.

1. None of the 5 pre-installed B&O setups work
2. The Beo4 ccf file posted by "a helpful person" only partially works and a number of the buttons do not match those on the current Beo4 remote - has anybody seen something newer?
3. It does not appear to be possible to learn the codes. The Pronto website says that "starting from the next software version onwards, you can also learn B&O codes. " - does anybody know when the next software version is likely to be released?

thanks.

Why don't you try to learn B&O codes from B&O remote?
After a few tries, learned code of any button will start from 7000 - it is the clear code. The support of this type code learning is undepended on software, only on firmware.
But you need to be careful when learning - check if the learning device is the same as selected on remote!

Eigeny - thanks for your reply - I have tried what you are suggesting and it does not work with my remote (Beo4).

Just to make sure, since you don't mention it, what version of the firmware are you using? It should be App and Sys v1.04. If it isn't, update the firmware and try learning again.

And, since you are kind of new here, a lot of us have tried to learn to the wrong end of the pronto at first...
