Does anyone else have this receiver programmed into their pronto? I lost the original remote and had never finished adding the buttons that I didn't use. I now need the "audio split" button and haven't programmed it in. If anyone would be willing to make a simple ccf of that button (audio split) and the video 1-3 buttons, tv, dvd, etc., I would be extremely grateful. I have very limited access to the internet for the next couple of weeks, so if you could send it to my email at
