Looking for a new or refurbished TSU2000 to replace one for a client who cracked the display of the remote her husband said "Noone is ever allowed to touch!" I know i can get it repaired but, as you can see she needs it yesterday. thanx :)

There aren't too many new 2000s around. Philips ran out of stock last November.

You might try REFURBDEPOT.COM. I got a refurbed TSU2000 from them in a relatively few days. Comes with 90-day Philips manufacturer's warranty.
I also got a recharge unit. The battery was bad, and Philips replaced it, no questions asked.
I *think* I saw someplace that REFURBDEPOT is owned by Office Depot.

If you buy a refurb TSU2000 from an authorized dealer you should get the original 1 year Philips warranty --not 90 days.
