I have Pronto Pro and am having trouble making it learn any codes. I have tried different remotes but all have failed. I have attempted to do it in the dark, replaced batteries and at differing distances. I am pointing the two remotes at each other and have tried holding down the button to learn and the press and release method. Nothing seems to be working. Everything else on the Pronto works fine. I have 1.4 sys and apps installed. Is there something dumb I am missing? And yes I am putting the Pronto into learn mode and pressing the button to be learned.

One thing that you did not mentioned. Is where on the pronto are you pointing the oem remote at?

I don't know off hand where on the pro is the ir receiver. But check the owners manual and you'll find it out.

You are probably trying to learn from the wrong end of your Pro.

Yup, that was it, once I checked the manual I saw I was pointing it at the wrong end. Thanks for the help.
