When I try and teach the rc5000 while connected to the pc (xp pro o/s) the application crashes. I am able to down load to the rc5000 and upload from the rc5000. I am running a freshly loaded v2.3.1 of the software. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. One other thing, I am also running a wireless network card in the pc , could that be interfering somehow?
It's a common problem. Standard advice is to learn on the remote, hook up, and then upload your ccf to the computer. By the way, the latest version of the software is TouchScreenSetup v2.0.4. Available in the files area.
