I just got this refurb'ed TS1000 and 7/8 of the way into having it done, when I try to download into the Pronto my latest config, it says first that I have a modified config dated such and such... and do i want to overwrite, I answer yes and it returns with an error, and no changes made on the pronto. I have tried to download a basic one panel ccf to the unit with the same result, additionally I have tried resetting the unit. It worked fine for three days, can anyone point me to a way to do a full reset on this thing? Or any other suggestions would be helpful.

Try reflashing the firmware on the unit.

Do you have the latest ProntoEdit, which should be 4.05?

If so then the update firmware is under Tools, Update, select model.

I did find the firmware update in prontoedit, however I still get the same problem. I am going to restart my pc to see if thats the deal. But I dont anticipate that being the fix.

Try uploading from the remote to the pc.

You are waking up the remote correct before each down/uploads? Best way for this is to press and hold the back light button until the down/upload is in progress.

If all else fails, then try tonto for your down/uploads.
