I just got a TSU1000 for a friend and am busy setting it up. I've noticed that the screen is less sensitive to touch than my TSU2000. Is that normal?
From reading other threads I think the two models use different screens, but I could not find a comparison of their relative sensativity levels.
Thanks

Can't speak directly to your question, but since the 1000 is probably refurbished, have you done a screen calibration? This can affect the apparent sensitivity. Remember to use something pointy, and not your finger.

I've had a 1000 then i broke the screen. So I bought a 2000. Just for kicks I took both apart and placed the 2000's screen in the 1000's mother board and it worked. So it must use the same screen. Which that I had looked at the numbers though. So I really can't tell you if they were the same screen.

there was a time during the 1000's run when they did use a different screen (could not find enough of the real ones).

Also having had several 1000 s and 2000s go through my hands, I can definitely say that there is some variety between one screen and the next (even if they are the same model) especially on how they look
