Every time I try to download a CCF in my pronto,I get a message Error Downloading Configuration Into RC Device.I have tride several different CCF.I have only had my pronto for about a week,but I have downloaded a ccf in my pronto and it worked and it dose upload ok.I did up date the fimware when I frist got it.PLEASE HELP ANYONE.

Try tapping (awakening) the remote before you start the download!Normally download only works on a remote that is "awake"!
