I've been a happy RU890 Pronto user for three-and-half years. This morning, my wife dropped it harder than it has even been dropped, and, the screen is a goner. The thing has taken a licking and kept ticking, but no, this time, no such luck. Three years of finely tweaked macros for the theater, gone.

Looking at what Phillips has to offer this days, and well, I seen way too many complaints. I cannot tell what is worth getting and what is worth avoiding.

Looking for a Pronto recommendation for a current model that is good. I can program these things well. By the way, I've been programming a friends NEO for about a week and it seems like a full rung below the RU890.

I have to control six devices and switch between six video sources.

So, what say you current Pronto users?

You should check out the 3000 forum and see whether you are ready for it.

I'm hoping for a new version of PENG "soon", so not ALL of those bugs will still be around. :-)
