Ive just got an RC9200 but can't get the rf extender to work on most ir commands. I particularly want it to work on my sony multichanger to operate SNL from elsewhere in the house but it won't operate the cd player. Are there special ir codes that are needed?

There are no "special" codes. Normally the problem is getting your ccf properly configured with the right transmission method for each piece of gear.

If you wish to transmit a code in RF mode, it MUST be located in a device (or macro group) that is set to RF in Device Properties. By this I mean the ACTUAL learned/pasted code itself, not an alias - aliases make NO difference with respect to transmission method. This is necessary (although confusing at first) in order to be able to build mixed mode macros (IR and RF).
