I to am very happy to have people like Jack
adding his two cents about this product.
He has definetly gone beyond the call of duty
I think he deserves to make a profit on his product....All I can assume from some of the comments from you penny pinchers is you obviously do not care about service after the sale because most all of the discounters are selling boxs.....
They don't care if you figure out how to work it or not as long as your money spends.
If we all start thinking like this you will also have to order your groceries over the internet because who can compete with no overhead and no educated sales people.....
THANK YOU JACK FOR BEING SO DEDICATED........

To George and John:

By no means was my response to George's offer of web space.
I got so turned down because of people not appreciating other people's effords to help out. Yet those people are here to look what they can grab for free.......

Sorry folks,

I didn't mean to open a can of worms here. I think Jack's site is going to be a nice site and I have no problem with him charging list price for Prontos. He is obviously knowledgable about the product and has the right to promote his business in a tasteful manner.

I just thought that he should have mentioned that he or his company set up the site. This is just my opinion and was not meant as a stab against Jack.

Tom, stop digging, your grave's deep enough.

Just say thanks to Jack, Daniel, and Helpful. OR stay off the site!

Jack has never jumped onto a thread and said "I've got them in stock, buy from me." (which he does, and you should) I've seen salesmen jump in from other companies and say just that. Those same salesmen have yet to post a suggestion that is useful.

Buy your equipment from whoever you want to. But don't throw rocks at people who are genuinely helpful and expect nothing from you in return.

It is rare, and it is appreciated.

Jack, I hope you sell every Pronto you can get your hands on!

Vince, do the words 'public forum' mean anything?
Since when are you the forum moderator? If Tom
wants to voice his opinion Re: Pronto, Prontoedit.com, Metronet, or anything else to do
with Prontodom, let him.

Tom's comments aren't offensive at all, no more
than your own self righteous diatribe.

Vince;

cool down......Tom did apologize and that should be it for today.

Besides, the one who offended us most was the cheapscater (salesman from another company?),
not Tom.....
