The idea of combining the cursor commands and delays might indicate a way to reduce the amount of memory, too. As each panel must incorporate very similar actions (e.g. almost every panel will incorporate a "down" and a "down-left" and a "down-left-left"), these could be combined into macros and just referenced on each panel. No idea how much saving this would be.

Folks,

Thanks for all the comments. Based on various ideas I've seen, I've produced a Mk 3 version. This is:
- Smaller
- Quicker
- and has a Reset feature to resync when sync is lost.

Its at:

You and I should talk. I've been considering ways to automate the integration of new components into EasyTheater. Do you think this might be a task you'd want to look into writing such a utility?

Iain, Initial impression is indeed that the file is smaller (takes up about 9% vs. previous approx. 18-19%). Haven't worked on it yet, and will do so this weekend. BTW, is there some way to make the screen larger for the 5200/9200 series remotes??

Again, Thanks for your efforts,
Best Regards,
Harris

WOW! WOW! Thank you. I had some down time coming up while I nurse a leg injury and was planning on do this very thing. Now I can spend time playing KOTOR instead.

This is a great enhancement!

Harris,
it's Iain, not Ian.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
