OK, is the above combination possible together or not? I get inklings from some places that it is, but All-In-One's tech support lady told me "They do not work together, the PVR 721 uses a different frequency. We do not sell anything at all that will go along with that satellite PVR"
I don't think that is accurate. A year or so ago I thought I did get the darn thing to at least turn it off and on after a learning session. I know right after I got the remote they downloaded a BUNCH of stuff over the phone. Now it does nothing.

Then I'm baffled, because according to my files, that code should work at least some functions on the 721.

Of course the receiver needs to be set to address #1.
