Hi,
Up until last week my Nevo Studio Pro 3 worked, however, when I try to open up the software today, all I see is a quick picture of the Nevo Studio opening screen and then nothing else.....
I am using a PC with Windows 7 64 bit....
I have not changed any settings within the PC or anything else.....does anyone have any clue as to why the software won't open??

Hi,
Try this: Go to C:\users\\AppData\Local\UEI
There he should see a folder named NevoStudioPro.exe_StrongName_....... Double click and then delete any and all folders inside this directory. Then launch NSP, it will create a new config file, but it will require registration as if just installed.
You may have to “unhide” AppData folder View > Show Hidden Operating System Files in the Folder and Search Options in Explorer Window.

Thank you very much for that, software now working......
The only problem I have now is that, somehow the programmes I have written for my S70 have disappeared, and it appears that my "Managed Uploads" has not worked.
Therefore, is there a way to import the data directly from the S70 ???

Just for future reference, you can extract programming from the remote itself.
Create a new project file with no remotes in it, and then select [File > Restore Configuration from Nevo]. The dialog will ask you to save as a .nvp file (which if you try to open separately NSP3 gives an error message and will not open), but there is also an option to "Add imported device into the current configuration" which works fine.
