Since most of the preprogrammed buttons have not worked, I have been programming each remote separately into my new TSU500. My problem has been that I program the button configuration, down load it to the remote then use the "Learn" mode to program each button. I then upload the TSU500 to my computer and it creates a file "[UNTITLED}*". I then have been renaming this file to my original file name (overwriting the first) and all is ok until I perform this process on the next stereo component remote. Following upload, all previous "LEARN"ing is lost and only the most recent "LEARN" works. What am I doing wrong?
