Hi, my Pronto neo refuses to learn one of my remote control. When I try to learn the remote control of my Panasonic PT-LC55E video projector my Pronto immediatly make an error beep and says "Failed". Learning other remote controls of my equipment worked fine... Can anyone help ? thanx

Try keeping the button on the original remote pressed and then press the button you want to learn on the NEO. If it fails try repeating several times. It worked fine for my Panasonic TV.
Otherwise try to find a ncf file on this forum.

The method posted by harmotten is exactly what I had to do to learn my Panasonic DVD recorder's remote. Just make sure you keep the original remote pressed between fails!

But I saw a post saying to try in the dark.
So I tried, and it worked !!! :)

The pronto is a little fussy while learning. I usually have to do it in dim light and offset the remotesa little. The neo's learning interface appears to be in the left front corner of the unit.

Your method make Neo learn my Panasonics AE-300 and Mitsubishi Air-conditioner remote. But I have to press more than one hundred time, I think, before successfully finish the learning...

I'm having a problem with my Neo learning the remote for my Carver CT-7 preamp/tuner. I've tried the codes for preamps & tuners neither works. I've also tried making it learn, when I do that it says "ok" but when I go to use it, it still doesn't work. I've tried the learning process quite a few times with no luck. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
