i have a new neo. it will not turn on my devices either by using brand code or by learning the buttons.
i have tried everything
can anyone help me.

What devices? Search the files section for your equipment. If you find some try using that ncf and see if it works. [Link: remotecentral.com]

Did you choose the correct brand?
What devices are you trying to operate?
