i have been messing with my pronto neo for a couple hours now. i have several problems and questions.

i cant figure out which button supports my general instruments digital cable box, i am at a loss.

i have downloaded several ccf type files and dont know how to open them.

i have the following devices and cant find any already programed files.

toshiba hdtv 55h70
toshiba sd6200 dvd player
yamaha rx v496 receiver
general instrument digital cable box

also one last thing is there a way to once you touch the screen to make the back lite come on or do you always have to hit the backlite button?

i am new tot his and any help would oh so be appreciated

Have you read the manual?
It says that you can set the backlight timeout (on the NEO itself) to one more than 120 (= on) and then you can set the LCD time out to anything you like. works fine.

ccf files can be opened by Pronto-edit and learned ir-codes can than be copied to a ncf with NEO-hacker. Also on this site available.
