Can I import learned IR-code from NEO ncf file to Pronto ccf file??

Well, that is a first :)
Not sure if you can as I haven't tried, having no Pronto. I'd look for the creator of the Spreadsheet that converts the Pronto Hex to the .ncf Neo format.
Cause if it can convert Hex to .ncf, then I but he can reverse it back..
The file is in the Neo file area and I think his email is there..
