when I touch the 'DVD' button on the 'Pre-Amp' page of my Neo, the Amp switches to Video 1 instead of the DVD mode. I have tried to teach the Neo from the Sony remote, but the Neo won't learn. Any one have an idea or a specific code to teach the Neo?
I have tried all distances and angles w/the 2 remotes.

I have an ES receiver and the DVD button works fine. You can download the ncf and copy the button to your ncf. It should work.

John, thanks.
I went to Good Guys (where I purchased the Neo) and they were nice enough to have me use one of the display Receivers which I used to re-learn the DVD function on the Neo.

Question though- How do you cut and paste? I saved your ncf and if I need to try it in the future I'll cut and paste. I tried (the edit tabs, the Ctl C & V, etc) earlier with no luck.

In neoedit you can open several ncf's and drag and drop or cut and paste with the icons on the tool bar at top in neoedit.
