Hi
Just tried to use pronto edit for first time downloaded for sky device got sky ok but all other existing devices in RC 940 where deleated even when i deleated other devices before downloading have now reinstaled factory settings but each time i try a new download for just one device all factory settings are gone
WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG

1) you should be in the Pronto forum and not the NEO forum.
2) a CCF is a complete configuration. and the Pronto can only hold one CCF at a time. So if you download a CCF to the remote then you will overwrite what you have done. What you need to do (if you want what is on the remote and a different CCF) is
-a) upload from the Pronto
-b) pick file open and then the sky CCF
-c) when asked pick merge)
-d) download to remote.
