Just got a NEO, pretty good so far. But I want the back light to turn on whever ever I press any button or touch screen, can this be done?

Otherwise I have to press the side light key.
thanks

In set up mode, crank your back light up all the way until it says "on". Now back your LCD display down to an acceptable time. Problem solved.

Make sure you have the newest firmware installed as well, or it will not work.

I have the RC 3200 with the new chipset: Boot V2.34b;System: V2.0.1.
If you have warranty ?? Try to change it. Say,that you can not learn the Stopbutton from the Pany VCR NV-Hs 830 into the RC.
Good luck

When doesn't eat batteries :)

Even so, I have it set for only 10 sec's so no big deal, it is just like hitting the side button..
